The attention of the mind lets go.
And instead of attempting to penetrate the body
with the mind and its attention,
I do nothing
and I allow the attention of the body to penetrate the mind.
And here is the place where I see that the phrase,
Lord, have mercy,
is not so much a plea for help
as a key that can be turned in this door to help open it.
